Job Description
POWDER COAT PAINT SUPERVISOR - Manufacturing Facility (Roanoke, VA)
Pay Rate: $20-$25/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: 4-Day Work Week | 10-Hour Shifts | Monday-Thursday
Are you an experienced leader with a background in powder coatingor lighting production? A well-established manufacturing facility in Roanoke is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure product quality and workflow efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate activities in the powder coat or lighting department
- Organize and prioritize production schedules and employee assignments
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and productivity
- Monitor inventory and ensure timely completion of production goals
- Provide leadership, training, and support to production staff
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations
- Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting
- Hands-on experience in powder coating or lighting production preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Detail-oriented with a focus on efficiency and quality
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience
