Shifts: 7:00am3:00pm, MondayFriday. Overtime on Fridays and Saturdays as needed.

Lingo Staffing is hiring an Assistant Press Operator for a leading manufacturing partner in Roanoke, VA! This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to build experience in printing manufacturing, learn press operations, and grow into a long-term role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Press Operator with preparing, setting up, and maintaining printing presses
• Load materials into feeder systems and remove finished products for packaging
• Perform material handling duties, including supplying materials and removing waste from production areas
• Support general production tasks such as box assembly, cleaning work areas, and assisting shipping and receiving as needed
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment

Requirements:

• Experience in manufacturing, printing, packaging, or machine operation preferred
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working around moving machinery, rollers, ink systems, and high-speed production lines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Previous experience with printing, bindery, or finishing equipment is a plus
• Must have color vision
