The Assistant Property Manager performs office and customer service duties on the assigned property, including leasing units, managing customer requests and complaints, collecting rent, performing inspections, and other duties in conjunction with or in the absence of the Property Manager. The Assistant Property Manager will apply knowledge of compliance requirements for the assigned property, company policies and procedures, and industry best practices, and make demonstrated efforts to constantly strive for improvements to the property and to practices that impact customer satisfaction and the delivery of services that improve the quality of life of the propertys residents.
