What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Execute compliance procedures and enforce policy governance to ensure regulatory reporting requirements are met
• Lead project management efforts for sensitive compliance initiatives
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on complex contracts and cross-functional projects
• Prepare and maintain records for reporting to senior leadership and the Board of Directors
• Research and interpret laws and regulatory issues affecting compliance programs

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelors degree in business, healthcare, or related area of study, or equivalent work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
• 5 years of progressive work experience in legal or compliance roles within a healthcare or PBM organization
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience in PBM or healthcare settings
• Certifications such as Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) or Certified Healthcare Compliance Professional (CHC)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  
• Advanced degree in a related area of study, such as Juris Doctor
