Senior Contracts Specialist Supply Chain

Where Youll Work:

This is an onsite role based out of our FishHawk office. (located at 13830 Circa Crossing Drive| Lithia, FL). Our US headquarters has an onsite gym and a welcoming campus style workspace.

Are you ready to shape the future of supply chain logistics? At Mosaic, were looking for a dynamic professional to join our Supply Chain Logistics and Transportation Operations team. In this role, youll leverage advanced analytical skills along with technical and contractual expertise to keep raw materials and finished goods moving seamlessly across rail, marine, and trucking networks. Your insights will drive performance at mines, ports, and plants, safeguard production continuity, and help manage nearly $1 billion in annual spend. This isnt just about execution; its about making strategic decisions that reduce Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and deliver measurable impact across the entire supply chain. Your success in this role will be defined by operational excellence and the ability to keep our supply chain running smoothly while driving continuous improvement.

What youll do:

  • Lead logistics sourcing and contract execution across rail, marine, and trucking to optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans using Mosaics 9-step process, including supplier market analysis and RFP/RFI management.
  • Negotiate complex agreements with Class 1 railroads, barge carriers, and trucking partners.
  • Collaborate with legal, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth contract development and implementation.
  • Maintain and enhance contract management systems and databases to support operational readiness.
  • Conduct supplier performance reviews, track KPIs, and lead quarterly business reviews.
  • Perform advanced data analysis to identify cost?saving opportunities and process improvements.
  • Support benchmarking and best?practice initiatives to ensure competitive pricing and mitigate supply chain risks.

What youll need:
  • Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or business management, supply chain management or related.
  • 5+ years of Supply Chain, procurement, financial analysis, contract management or related.
  • 3+ years in Contract Negotiations.
  • 1+ year in Purchasing.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Advanced communication in English.

Bonus points if you have the following:
  • Certificate in Lean Six Sigma, CPSM, or CSCP.
  • Experience with SAP Ariba Sourcing, SAP Ariba Contract Management, Microsoft Power BI, and/or Tableau.
