Maintenance Technician - Nights

Hours: Monday-Thursday 6pm-6am, some flexibility required, overtime is also available. ***Will train on day shift***

Pay: $20-$24/hr - 10% Shift Differential for Night Shift

Key Duties

• Install and assemble new machines.
• Set up, maintain, and repair industrial machinery to keep production running safely and efficiently.
• Inspect equipment, diagnose issues, and make repairs or adjustments.
• Perform preventive maintenance, including lubrication and part replacement.
• Read blueprints and follow work instructions accurately.
• Complete required maintenance logs and reports.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years of industrial or mechanical maintenance experience preferred (military/technical training accepted).
• Basic electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic knowledge; machining and fabrication skills a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet.
• Team player who can work independently.

• Night shift in a manufacturing setting with moderate noise.
• Personal protective equipment and safety training provided.
