Production Lab Supervisor

Lingo Staffing is seeking an experienced Production Lab Supervisor for an on-site role in Roanoke, VA. This position oversees daily operations, ensures quality standards, and leads a fast-paced production team while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Pay: $65,000$75,000

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee departmental goals, objectives, performance standards, and housekeeping requirements.
• Conduct and administer employee performance reviews.
• Manage quality control for all manufacturing procedures.
• Inspect products at multiple production stages to ensure quality standards are met.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Organize, coordinate, and deliver initial and ongoing training.
• Promote company philosophy, values, and goals.
• Motivate team members by leading through example and maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ensure all processes are carried out safely and efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with applicable OSHA regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education preferred.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze material flow and work under pressure.
• Working knowledge of basic accounting, inventory management, and shipping procedures.
• Proven success leading a fast-paced production team.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement in processes and people.
