The cell lead is expected to perform warehouse duties as well as be responsible for assisting the Warehouse and Logistics Manager with daily work assignments; directing warehouse employees; communicating with the production floor and materials/buyer department to oversee the successful flow of all inbound material. Responsible for overseeing the storage, picking, and issuance (to production) of raw materials. Responsible for overseeing the receipt of purchased items and company supplies and acting as a backup supervisor in the supervisor's absence.

Tools and equipment: Use computer, specified software, forklift, camera, scales and packing materials, tape measure, bander and have knowledge how to crate freight.

Physical Demand: Frequently push and pull up to 50 lbs. Frequently lift and carry up to 55 lbs. Frequently stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel, climb, maneuver, stoop, squat, grasp, and reach. Visual and aural acuity
Hours of Work Required: Standard work schedules plus overtime and weekend hours will be required to meet production demands.
