As a Guest Service Agent, you will use your strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, persuasive sales ability, and world class customer service to greet and register guests checking in/out of the hotel. The Guest Service Agent may be required to drive the hotel shuttle when needed. Seeking candidates with previous hotel front desk experience. Preference is given for OPERA property management experience.
Full-time positions available. Hourly rate is $15. Must be able to work weekends, holidays and Hokie Game Days.
