Receive, review, and accurately enter invoices and timesheets into company systems. - Communicate promptly with field operations, coordinators, and agency contacts to resolve missing time. - Flag and escalate discrepancies (e.g., rate issues, missing time, double entries, or site mismatches) to the appropriate service agent. - Support weekly billing and payment cycles by meeting established cut-off dates and accuracy standards. - Maintain organized electronic records of received invoices, timesheets, and correspondence for audit trail purposes. - Contribute to continuous process improvements that increase timeliness, quality, and consistency of time entry operations.
