We're seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing a Powder Coat or Lighting Department and a proven ability to manage both production flow and people effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations in the Powder Coat or Lighting Department
• Coordinate schedules, workflow, and staffing to meet production goals
• Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are consistently maintained
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Maintain organization of products, materials, and workspace

Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory experience (manufacturing or production environment preferred)
• Experience in Powder Coating or Lighting operations highly desirable
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
