Position Summary
The Packaging Service Technician supports the company's sale of equipment and ongoing materials by providing technical service and expertise to their customers. They deliver value to customers by maintaining their equipment performance and reducing their operating costs. They are primarily responsible for in-field service and repair of customer's packaging equipment with a heavy focus on quick responses to customer's needs as well as performing scheduled preventative maintenance service calls.
