Rental Coordinator

Description:

A Rental Coordinator is responsible for coordinating customer requirements, job requirements and employee requirements so we safely and efficiently satisfy our customer's jobs. He/she is responsible obtaining all pertinent information and relaying to the Branch Manager. The Rental Coordinator will maintain gathered information and manage in our fleet software. This role includes all daily activities to achieve branches growth and goals.
Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage project information.
  • Verifies bare rental information.
  • Trained to backup dispatcher.
  • Manages and issues branch purchase orders.
  • Assures completion of job cycle.
  • Maintains crane and operator certifications.
  • Administration of A/R, payroll timekeeping, A/P entry, and Billing to support Branch Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies.
  • Performs other duties as assigned to support branch operations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Essential:
  • Must be proficient with basic computer skills.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Must have proficient oral and written communication skills.
  • Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test, background check, and fit for duty test.
Work Environment:
Majority of time spent in an office environment. The employee may be required to wear appropriate PPE equipment when exposed to external environment. The employee could occasionally be exposed to extreme temperatures or other inclement weather.
