As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will conduct routine patrols throughout a dynamic retail environment, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence to support a welcoming atmosphere. This is a driving post, where you will interact with visitors and staff, deliver exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly while upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first.

What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the needs of the location.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail environment and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.

+ Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related concerns, or hazards within the location.

+ Assist customers, visitors, and/or employees by providing directions and general information as needed.

+ Collaborate with local law enforcement and/or emergency services when necessary, following established protocols.

+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and any security-related occurrences.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ A guard card or license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
