• Be the Expert: Continuously learn about our products, fitting techniques, and the science behind movement, becoming a trusted resource for guests and peers.
• Own the Moment: Take responsibility for delivering results, whether its creating a memorable experience for a customer, solving a challenge, or supporting team initiatives.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in a guest-facing sales environment (preferred but not required).

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
