About the Role:

Tivolisworld LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage the transportation and delivery of prefabricated components, ensuring timely and cost-effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate shipment schedules for prefab components to job sites.
• Liaise with suppliers, transport companies, and internal teams.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking of deliveries.
• Resolve shipping issues and delays quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate logistics documentation and delivery records.
• Optimize transportation routes to reduce costs and time.

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication with vendors and internal teams.
• Familiarity with logistics software or ERP systems preferred.
• Ability to manage time-sensitive deliveries in a fast-paced environment.
