Your role at KIK

The Warehouse Lead is responsible for the coordination and oversight of daily warehouse operations. The successful candidate will ensure orders are filled accurately and in a timely manner, maintain a safe and organized warehouse, and supervise and train staff members.

What Youll Be Doing

• Direct warehouse employees in day?to?day operating tasks.
• Coordinate and schedule warehouse staging during shifts.
• Oversee off?site warehouse personnel, including CDL drivers.
• Direct CDL drivers on trailer placement for next?day drop?shipment trailers.
• Receive transshipment loads according to incoming appointment times.
• Assist in loading and unloading trailers as needed.
• Participate in cycle counting and help lead monthly and annual inventory counts.
• Ensure production lines and palletizers remain operational during shifts.
• Maintain track?able information for daily shuttles by CDL drivers.

What Youll Bring

• High school degree or GED equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast?paced, ever?changing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety.
• Availability for overtime, weekends, and flexible shift work.
• Required to wear steel?toed shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection while on the production floor.
• Ability to tolerate a non?climate?controlled working environment.
• Competency with basic computer applications for inventory tracking.
• Relevant experience in warehouse management or production supervision (preferred).
