Role Description

We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a full-time, on-site role at our Roanoke, VA location. The CFO will oversee the financial operations of the organization, providing strategic financial planning and analysis to support business objectives. Responsibilities include developing financial strategies, managing budgets, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, monitoring financial performance, and providing actionable insights for decision-making. The CFO will also lead financial reporting processes, strengthen internal controls, and collaborate with leadership to align financial goals with company strategy.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Financial Planning, Financial Statements, and Financial Reporting
• Proficiency in Finance and Analytical Skills to guide data-driven decision-making
• Exceptional ability to interpret and manage budgets and forecasting
• Proven leadership and management skills with a track record of building and leading successful finance teams
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA is highly preferred
• Comprehensive understanding of financial regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly
