The Mental Health Therapist (Adjunctive) provides therapeutic services, including adjunctive therapy modalities and group therapy to all levels of care. These can include music, horticulture, recreation therapies as well as educational groups such as stress management. Therapist also serves as a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team.

Education: Bachelor's degree required.
Experience: None
Licensure, certification, and/or registration: Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist eligible, Registered Art Therapist eligible, Or Board-Certified Music Therapist
Other Minimum Qualifications: Effective interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills required. Demonstrates knowledge of therapeutic interventions suited for inpatient and outpatient psychiatric patients. Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of life span growth and development and assesses data reflective of the patient's status.
