Team/Crew Members Wanted

Wendy's of Western Virginia, a locally owned franchise, with 14 restaurants is always looking for new energetic Team/Crew Members! At your Wendy's, you will assist your team at one of our many locations across Roanoke and Lynchburg.

Key responsibilities include greeting customers in the dining room or drive-thru, taking and ringing up orders, handling payment and thanking customers. You'll also prepare and store food ingredients, assemble food and beverage orders, check to make sure they're correct, and maintain a clean, safe work and dining environment.

Team Member behaviors include:

What we expect from you:

• Reliability is a MUST.
• Some restaurant/retail experience (experienced in serving customers) but not necessary
• Ability to work flexible schedules that may include late nights (most drive-thru's open till midnight)
• Customer service skills with a smile!
• Self-starter
