About the Opportunity:

Tivoli'sWorld Construction & Temp Agency is currently seeking HVAC Assistants to support our trusted clients across the Roanoke area. This is a great opportunity for candidates interested in building a career in the HVAC trade. As an HVAC Assistant, you will work alongside experienced technicians on residential and light commercial projects.

This role offers hands-on training, steady hours, and the potential to transition into long-term employment with our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Support HVAC technicians with installations, repairs, and maintenance of heating and cooling systems
• Transport tools, equipment, and materials to job sites
• Assist with duct work, component prep, and cleanup tasks
• Maintain organized workspaces and ensure safety procedures are followed
• Communicate with team members and supervisors for smooth job execution
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, climbing ladders, and working in tight spaces

Requirements
Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Mechanical aptitude or prior experience in construction/HVAC is a plus
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various indoor/outdoor environments
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn
• OSHA 10 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
