Full time CRNA manager position for independent practice CRNA hospital. Provides professional care to patients of all age within an assigned area. Provides management to the staff to assure quality patient care. Assumes responsibilities delegated by Director. Assists with development and coordination of strategically aligned system wide processes related to patient care. Facilitates effective open two-way communication and resolution of work site operational issues that support service line/service goals and objectives and benchmarks and targets. Serves as a role model, developmental coach and mentor for staff. Responsible for employee performance management. Selects, hires, and evaluates employee selection and performance management using system compensation, employment practices, and standard HR measures.
