Machine Operator/Cnc Manufacturing TechnicianFirst Shift

We are looking for a Machinist/Troubleshooter to join our team on 1st shift (7am - 3:30pm). What you'll do:

• Set up and adjust machines based on blueprints and instructions.
• Help to set up, program and operate a range of machines, including CNC machines, lathes, millers, drills, grinders, cutters, borers, and presses.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and make necessary corrections promptly and competently.
• Align and position templates, controls, cams, or gears to adjust feed rates, angles, cutting speeds, and depths.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality.
• Choose tools and parts needed for production.
• Restart equipment after power outages or interruptions.

What you need:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of machining experience needed, including your most recent position.
• Hands-on experience with CNC machines. Programming experience not required but a huge plus!
• Technical know-how: capable of performing machine changeovers and adjustments with precision and efficiency on all machines.
• Ability to read and understand instruction guides, blueprints and technical documents.
• Strong math skills to calculate dimensions and tolerances. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and machine maintenance.
