Responsibilities

• Create and deliver original, customized content on various topics across the education landscape
• Present engaging in-field and virtual training sessions to support customer needs
• Develop product alignments and other content-based assignments for customers and colleagues
• Collaborate with company executives and a variety of educational stakeholders
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects while adhering to tight deadlines

Qualifications

• Strong background in creating, designing, and delivering professional development content and keynotes
• Classroom experience required; elementary experience preferred, with early childhood experience as a plus
• Strong knowledge of current education mandates and initiatives at the elementary (K6) levels
• Ability to travel at least 50% within the U.S. for professional development training
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and familiar with online presentation platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• CLASS reliability preferred (Pre-K), with Infant/Toddler also preferred
• Fluency in Head Start and Early Head Start preferred
• Familiarity with social-emotional curricula and programs (e.g., Conscious Discipline, Second Step, Pyramid Model)
• Teaching/administrative credentials and/or academic coaching expertise preferred
• Exceptional organizational and operational skills
