What to Expect

• Develop and execute a business plan to achieve territory growth objectives
• Recruit new dealers/customers and strengthen relationships with current dealers/customers
• Serve as a liaison between the employer and customers, addressing problems and complaints
• Educate, train, and promote the employers products to dealers effectively
• Maintain Customer Relationship Management tool with up-to-date dealer information and reports

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work-related experience
• 3-5 years of proven successful sales history with a full selling process
• Experience in Business to Business sales; Manufacturer to Dealer relationship preferred
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in the Agriculture industry is a plus
• Availability for travel as required 75%, including domestic and international travel
