As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for creating an engaging atmosphere for both Team Members and Guests, ensuring operational excellence, and driving business success.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fantastic Guest experience every time.
• Serve as a role model for Team Members, holding them accountable to our high operational and quality standards.
• Self-reflectively identify the root cause of issues, demonstrating accountability and transparency.
• Promote open communication between Team Members and management.
• Champion change and drive restaurant initiatives to influence Team Member behaviors positively.
• Lead with both compassion and strategic thought.
• Utilize Chili's systems to control costs and drive business results effectively.
• Adhere to operational systems, such as Manager Timelines and quality Line Checks.
• Recruit, train, and mentor Team Members for future roles within the company.
• Enhance Guest engagement within the restaurant and cultivate community relationships.
• Implement and uphold safe food handling procedures.
• Communicate and embody Chili's culture and Cultural Beliefs: Every Guest Counts, Food Perfection, Be Accountable, and Play Restaurant.
