Job Description

The Business Systems Analyst plays a critical role in bridging functional and technical teams, ensuring turnover criteria are clearly defined and met. This role supports external coordination and detailed planning beyond the core workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Align functional efforts with technical efforts to meet turnover criteria.
• Act as a RAID barrier buster.
• Serve as the point of contact for external work (e.g., SOWs, testing).
• Track dependencies across workstreams and projects.
• Collaborate closely with the QA Lead to ensure requirements traceability (RTM).
• Support detailed customer planning outside of core workstreams (e.g., Workday).
