This role would suit a Mechanical or Engineering Graduate, or someone with industrial experience looking to join an organization committed to developing engineers into future leaders.

The Role:

• Keep advanced automated machinery running efficiently
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and escalate issues with robotics, PLCs, CNCs, and camera systems
• Work across rotating shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd) to gain full training and exposure
• Clear progression path into Process Engineer role (6-24 months)

The Person:

• Associate's or Bachelor's in Mechanical or related engineering discipline (graduates encouraged to apply)
• Industrial/manufacturing experience highly desirable
• Interest in automation, robotics, or advanced manufacturing systems
• Looking for structured training, career development, and long-term progression
