Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage various civil engineering design projects (utility, stormwater, land development).
• Create comprehensive project timelines and budgets.
• Oversee design team members and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with design criteria and regulatory obligations.
• Assist in crafting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), technical proposals, and presentations.
• Coordinate with clients, sub-consultants, government entities, regulatory agencies, and funding organizations.

Required Qualifications:

• VA Registered PE or the ability to obtain VA licensure within six months.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• A minimum of seven years of experience in project management and client relations.
• Strong engineering design and communication skills.
• Proven track record in client and project development.
• Leadership experience and team management abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with local government, utility, VDOT, and land development projects.
• Familiarity with asset management and data analytics technology for utilities and local governments.
