We are seeking a Commercial & Industrial Construction Associate for a contract-to-hire role. This position offers steady work, travel opportunities within the state, and competitive pay with benefits upon permanent hire.
Position Highlights:

• Pay: $20/hour
• Schedule: Weekdays only (occasional in-state travel; no weekends)
• Travel: Paid travel time + per diem
• Employment Type: Contract-to-hire

• Perform core drilling and concrete cutting using specialized equipment
• Work on commercial and industrial construction projects (no residential)
• Handle heavy physical labor (not a machine-only role)
• Support concrete work and related tasks as needed

• Proven commercial/industrial construction experience (residential/carpentry experience not applicable)
• Experience with core drilling equipment; concrete cutting experience preferred
• Ability to perform heavy manual labor
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license (for insurance purposes)
• Must pass a background check (projects may include schools and military sites)
