Our client is looking for an experienced Building/Facilities Engineer to manage the maintenance and overall function of all building equipment in a commercial office building

• equipment inspections
• major repairs coordination
• experience with cooling towers, generators, chillers, fire systems
• HVAC experience
• Commercial building experience only
• Good computer skills, Excel, Word and Outlook
