Looking for a solid job where you can work with your hands and see the results of your effort every day? Join our foundry team as a Metal Casting Operator! You'll help produce quality metal castings that keep industries running - from automotive to construction.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you'll be part of a close-knit team that takes pride in hard work, safety, and craftsmanship.
What You'll Do
- Operate foundry equipment (furnaces, molds, ladles, pouring tools)
- Pour molten metal and monitor temperature and pressure
- Inspect and finish castings - grind, clean, and check for defects
- Keep your workstation clean and safe
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goalsWhat We're Looking For
- Previous foundry or manufacturing experience is a plus - but we'll train the right person!
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
