Shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00am-3:30pm, Friday 6:00am-10:00am
Pay: $19.00-$24.00/hr (based on experience, training, and certification)

Overview

We're looking for an experienced Test Technician to join our production floor team. This role focuses on testing printed circuit board assemblies and electronic products. Not in a lab, but hands-on in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Test and troubleshoot electronic assemblies down to the component level
• Identify and isolate defects by sectionalizing and analyzing circuitry
• Read and interpret schematics, BOMs, and engineering documents
• Use multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and function generators
• Communicate clearly with internal departments and vendors
• Assemble and disassemble products using standard hand tools
• Perform device and component programming (experience with MPLAB ICD3 a plus)

• Education: A.S. in Electronics, technical diploma, military certification, or equivalent experience
• Experience: 4-5+ years troubleshooting and testing electronic devices
• Solid understanding of transistors, resistors, capacitors, and inductors in circuits
• Computer literacy, including network and com-port communication setup
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
