Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:00pm (Overtime as needed)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on plant infrastructure, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and compressed air systems.
• Conduct welding and metal fabrication for equipment repair, safety barriers, and structural modifications.
• Maintain facility grounds, including lawn care, snow removal, and exterior cleanliness.
• Inspect and maintain compressed air systems, including piping, dryers, and compressors.
• Perform plumbing repairs, including toilets, sinks, urinals, and other bathroom fixtures.
• Support production by ensuring facility systems are operational and safe.
• Respond to maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns promptly.
• Assist with installation and relocation of machinery and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and plant safety standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in industrial or facility maintenance.
• Proficiency in welding (MIG, TIG, or stick welding preferred).
• Experience with compressed air systems (troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance).
• Basic to intermediate plumbing skills, including bathroom fixture repair and replacement.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in an industrial setting.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools, and maintenance equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work at heights above 30 feet using appropriate safety equipment.
• Valid driver's license (if required).

Work Environment:

• Work is generally performed in a manufacturing plant environment, which may include exposure to noise, dust, heat, and moving machinery.
• Requires physical activity such as lifting (up to 50 lbs), climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces or at heights.
• May involve working in both indoor and outdoor conditions, including inclement weather.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
• May require occasional overtime, weekend, or on-call work depending on plant operations.
