Now Hiring: Quality Control / Lab Technician - Salem, VA - Join a leading manufacturing team where your lab skills make a real impact! We're looking for a Quality Control / Laboratory Technician to support testing, quality assurance, and production compliance. Pay: $20/hr | Full-Time, On-Site. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7 AM-3:30 PM rotational weekends as needed. Key Responsibilities:Perform microbial and product testing to ensure quality standards. Record results accurately in LIMS/ SAP - Maintain, clean, and calibrate lab equipment. Partner with production and QA teams to troubleshoot and improve processes. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biology, Chemistry, or related field. Lab experience (micro or QA/ QC preferred)Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized. Proficient in Microsoft Office; LIMS or JMP experience a plus.
