Job Details

Provides therapeutic services to patients from child to adult. Services include provision of initial assessment, individual and adjunctive group therapy. Works as a member of the multidisciplinary team. Duties include, but are not limited to:Assesses patients need for non-medical services within the parameters of the treatment plan. Works as a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team. Provides adjunctive therapy modalities to individuals and groups on the inpatient unit. . Develops and maintains therapeutic relationships with patients in the inpatient setting. Coordinates the patients adjunctive therapy treatment with the multidisciplinary treatment team, patients and others as appropriate. Records patient data in the medical record to include the leisure assessment, group and individual progress notes and other plans of care as appropriate for the patient.
