General Ledger Accountant - Manufacturing | Roanoke, VA

Ready to bring your accounting skills to a 50+ year strong manufacturing company that produces products used across multiple industries? We're looking for a hands-on General Ledger Accountant who's ready to own the numbers and make an impact.
What You'll Do
- Drive the monthly close and keep the books accurate.
- Handle account reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis.
- Partner with operations to ensure costs, inventory, and COGS are spot on.
- Support audits and help streamline processes.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
- Solid GL accounting experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and cost accounting.
- Comfortable with Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite = bonus).
- A team-oriented, problem-solving mindset.
