The Visiting Clubhouse Manager will report directly to the Director - Clubhouse Equipment & Operations in the management and maintenance of the visiting clubhouse during the 2026 Salem Red Sox season. The Visiting Clubhouse Manager must be able to interact professionally with umpires, coaches, and players on both teams. Responsibilities. Set up visiting team facilities in advance of the season & break down visiting team facilities after the season. Loading/unloading team buses for team arrivals and departures, as needed. Laundering all uniforms, personal items, and towels, as needed. Working & Communicating with the Director of Clubhouse Ops daily. Ensure clubhouse maintenance and upkeep including trash, cleaning and stocking bathrooms, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, pressure washing, etc., as needed. Keep clubhouse snacks/beverages stocked.
