Position Summary:

The Childcare Worker provides attentive, compassionate care for children in a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment, assisting with daily routines and promoting their well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and engage with children during play, meals, and rest periods.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment in compliance with safety regulations.
• Assist children with personal care and hygiene as needed.
• Support social, emotional, and developmental growth through positive interactions.
• Communicate regularly with parents and staff regarding child progress and needs.
• Participate in setting up learning activities and maintaining the classroom environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; early childhood education experience preferred.
• Genuine care for children and patience.
• Ability to observe and respond to children's needs effectively.
• Basic knowledge of child development is a plus.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
