Quality Control / Lab Technician Salem, Va

Join a leading manufacturing team where your lab skills make a real impact! Were looking for a quality control / laboratory technician to support testing, quality assurance, and production compliance.

Pay: $20/hr | Full-time, On-site

Schedule: MondayFriday, 7am3:30pm + rotational weekends as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform microbial and product testing to ensure quality standards
• Record results accurately in LIMS/SAP
• Maintain, clean, and calibrate lab equipment
• Partner with production and QA teams to troubleshoot and improve processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in microbiology, biology, chemistry, or related field
• Lab experience (micro or QA/QC preferred)
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; LIMS or JMP experience a plus
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
