The Oil Change Tech must be able to:
- Perform work specified on repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies
- Test-drive vehicles
- Own your own tools
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed.
- Entry-Level Position. No Certifications required. . .
- Will train High school diploma or equivalent required
- Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
- Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with eagerness to improve
- Ability to learn new technology
- Repair and service procedures and specifications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record . .
- State inspection License
