Service Assistant Writer Responsibilities:
* Schedule customer service appointments
* Order parts
* Order shop supplies & bill out accordingly
* Complete service repair orders
* Assist the Service Manager and General Manager
Service Assistant Requirements:
* Customer service experience
* Automotive customer service is a plus
* Good computer skills
* Good communication skills
* Good customer service skills
* Valid driver's license
* Able to pass a background check & drug screen
Work Hours for Service Assistant:
* Monday - Friday 8-5
* No nights & weekends!
