Overview
Project Manage as single point of contact, assist in a smooth and timely detailing process, and assist customer service with communicating logistics, mitigating field issues. Develop relationships with key general contractors and erectors in specific geographical locations.
Responsibilities
* Attend pre-detailing meetings, production meetings, and 100 ton meetings to relay info between customer and plant.
* Follow up on submittals, RFI's, calcs to ensure timely return.
* Coordinate / Communicate delivery schedules
* Communicate change orders and conduct follow up.
* Visit customers, jobsites, erectors, and general contractors.
* Assist sales team with Salesforce and follow up.
Qualifications
Required
* 2 to 5 years of sales experience.
* Understanding of joist, deck, and the construction process.
* Incredible communication and organization skills
* Work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
* Ability to multi-task and be able to problem solve.
* Work well with multiple team members and be willing to pick up additional tasks when required.
Preferred
* Associates Degree in Project Management
* Knowledge of Microsoft word, excel, OIS, and JEDI.
* Knowledge of AutoCAD.
