About the Role:

Tivolisworld LLC is looking for a passionate and skilled Lead Teacher to design and implement age-appropriate curricula in our childcare program. You will play a key role in fostering children's development through creative, educational, and nurturing activities in a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Assess and document children's progress and developmental milestones.
• Collaborate with assistant teachers, staff, and families to support each child's unique needs.
• Maintain classroom safety and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and company policies.
• Communicate regularly with parents about children's activities, behavior, and progress.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings.

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching techniques.
• Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to maintain a safe, nurturing classroom environment.
