Mission Contribution: Maximize profitability through world class customer service and efficiently processing quality items. Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Store Manager or designee is responsible for sorting of apparel and soft line goods into salable or salvage categories. Selection of salable goods must meet quality standards while maintaining quantity of apparel inventory. Essential Functions: Ensures 100% donor and customer delight and provides world class customer service. Sort apparel and soft line goods into salable or salvage categories. Provide quality assurance by checking for tears, stains, wet, smelly, soiled, broken zippers, and missing buttons. Consistently meet sort count goals of one dandux/hour or process 4/6 duros per 8-hour work-shift. Always maintain sorting and processing area in a neat and clean condition.
