Summary
Operate and monitor automated surface mount machines to build electronic circuit boards. This full-time, first-shift role requires attention to detail and accuracy in handling electronic components.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate SMT machines, ensuring correct parts and part numbers are loaded.
• Monitor equipment during production and make adjustments as needed.
• Inspect finished boards for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain production logs and keep the work area clean and safe.

• Experience operating computer-controlled machinery and working in manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail to verify long part numbers.
• Electronics industry or SMT experience a plus.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Schedule: Full-time, first shift.
• Pay: $15 - $17 per hour, based on experience.
