Youll support all At Your Service activities, including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), merchandise returns, order pickups, and other assigned tasks - all while upholding Macys service standards. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, problem-solving, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.
