Responsibilities
- Lead the development of KOL engagement strategy and operational plan aligning with broader commercial objectives and specific product and therapeutic area goals.
- Leverage scientific insights and strategic relationships to drive Tevas commercial objectives in the US market.
- Ensure execution and oversee development and execution of individual KOL plans aligning with broader commercial objectives and specific product and therapeutic area goals.
- Hire, coach, train, and develop TLL teams strategic competencies and clinical expertise for deeper engagements with KOLs and Speakers.
- Shape an organizational culture of innovation and excellence in stakeholder engagement, and direct activities of TLLs to execute on KOL engagement strategy and commercial medical education execution in partnership with marketing, including field rides, measurement of performance, and compliant ways of working across Teva ecosystem.
- Partner with the KOL Strategy and Congress Planning Team to ensure alignment and appropriate representation at national and regional events.
- Build and maintain productive, collaborative, and compliant relationships with Marketing, Market Access, Patient Services, and Medical Affairs peers.
- Work with Field Sales to execute thought leader-related initiatives and programs.
- Develop mechanisms to collect insights from TLLs, synthesize and integrate them, and communicate to brands to inform and adapt tactics or strategies.
- Engage with KOLs to solicit feedback that shapes brand strategy.
- Provide vision, direction, and guardrails to the TLL team to execute the IM portfolio engagement strategy with national and regional thought leaders, speakers, and medical education programming.
- Contribute to IM Marketing strategy for conferences/congresses including sponsorships, messaging, and advocacy group engagement.
- Align all interactions with thought leaders and KOLs to ensure a consistent Teva message and experience.
- Develop KPIs and metrics with IM Marketing portfolio leaders and field leadership to support brand goals.
- Maintain a two-way dialogue on KOL engagement and speaker identification with Brand and Field Leadership.
- Manage team performance, provide feedback, and ensure accountability to KPIs.
- Develop deep knowledge of the neurology and/or psychiatry therapeutic space and ensure TTL team alignment.
- Analyze market data, verify data reliability, and inform stakeholders to support decisions.
- Proactively engage Legal and Compliance to ensure programs meet ethical standards.
Your Experience and Qualifications
Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.
Education/Certification/Experience
- Bachelors degree (required); Masters degree preferred
- 10 years of pharmaceutical industry experience required
- 3 years of experience with neurology and/or Psychiatry KOLs preferred
- 2 years of people management experience required; TLL leadership preferred
- 2 years of TLL management experience preferred
- Experience in Marketing, Market Access, and/or Field Sales preferred

- Broad domain expertise in neurology therapeutic area
- Strategic thinking with hands-on ability to deliver multiple priorities
- Ability to draw insights from diverse sources and understand market dynamics
- Data compilation, analysis, and synthesis of complex information
- Project management and coordination with internal stakeholders and vendors
- Excellent verbal, written, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Travel Requirements
Approximately 65% domestic travel within the US. Candidate must live within 45 miles or 45 minutes of a major airport and be able to travel regularly, including meetings at Teva offices and off-site locations; international travel as required.
Remote Work
Core hours are 8:30 AM 5:30 PM EST. Role supports employees across US time zones and may require flexibility outside EST hours. Extended hours may be required occasionally with little notice. Must have a full-time secure workplace and be willing to appear on video for meetings.
Physical Requirements
Sitting for extended periods; visual acuity for computer work and data analysis.
Working Environment
May require PPE on site visits (e.g., safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves).
Compensation
The annual starting salary is between $220,000 and $270,000. The final amount depends on geography, skills, education, experience, and qualifications. Total compensation may include restricted stock units and discretionary awards; details provided with offer.
