Leading prominent firm is seeking a Senior Attorney with 6+ years of Medical Malpractice Defense experience to join their growing team. A portable book of business is NOT required for Partners. This role is a fully remote role based in Buffalo.

Experience in additional practice areas suchas product liability, personal injury, general liability, professional liability, toxic tort, construction, civil litigation, insurance defense is also a plus!

Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned cases and prepare periodic status reports for clients
• Handle cases from inception to conclusion
• Take and defend depositions
• Court appearances
• Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery

Qualifications:

• Strong academics
• Excellent research and writing skills
• 6+ years of experience
• Trial and/or Trial prep experience
• Licensed to practice and in good standing in New York.

Base Salary range 170k-200k+ DOE level. Bonuses+ Comprehensive Benefits Package.
