Applications are invited for the position of Academic Advisor in the College of Science at Virginia Tech. The successful applicant will serve the Department of Psychology or other College of Science department as assigned. Cross-training to familiarize themselves with another undergraduate program offered in the College of Science is expected. As necessary, the selected candidate may assist another College of Science department with advising on an intermittent basis should the need arise. The key responsibilities for the academic advisor include one-on-one advising; consistent and accurate communications with students; and confidential, consistent, and accurate maintenance of student records.
